About
Kathleen’s life has always been filled with Bluegrass and Americana Folk music. She has been singing lead vocals and harmony since childhood, but recently started her instrumental journey at a community guitar class in 2017. She quickly realized that mandolin was her calling, but she also plays clawhammer banjo and stand-up bass.
Kathleen currently performs as a duo, trio, and sometimes foursome with her husband Steve in their band, Redwood Grove, where she plays mandolin and sings lead vocals and harmony.
